Function and Features
It is suitable for grinding the bevels or cutting edges of various garden shears, circular blades, mixing knives, and all kinds of circular or semi-circular blades. Meanwhile, it also has the functions of a three-axis CNC single-sided grinder.
1. This machine tool has the dual-purpose function of grinding arcs and straight/curved lines (it can be used to grind arcs or straight/curved lines on the same machine). With a single clamping, it can complete the grinding of large bevels and small cutting edges on one side.
2. The spindle is equipped with high-precision Japanese bearings. It is a maintenance-free spindle that doesn’t require lubricating oil, featuring stable performance and high grinding accuracy. The products ground have consistent, uniform, and delicate front-to-back textures.
3. It uses imported high-precision linear guides, lead screws for transmission, making the machine tool’s transmission more accurate and stable.
4. The machine body is made of gray cast iron, which has high stability. The protective cover and electrical box are made of 304 stainless steel plates, offering good anti-corrosion performance.
