Moving to the flat belt sander station, its fully enclosed integrated design is striking. Driven by the conveyor belt, knives sequentially complete complex processes such as rough grinding and fine polishing that used to require multiple equipment and multiple workers to cooperate. "Traditional open polishing equipment is a high-risk area for industrial accidents in the knife and scissor industry, with potential hazards such as flying debris, exposed high-speed rotating parts, and intensive manual operation. Our solution achieves intrinsic safety through physical isolation and process integration," Huang Dahai told reporters. This equipment integrates the polishing process, allowing one operator to complete five processes, fundamentally improving production efficiency and releasing valuable human resources.
"The implementation of automated equipment means that enterprises can significantly reduce their dependence on skilled workers while maintaining or even improving product quality, effectively controlling labor costs, greatly increasing the yield rate, and reducing safety risks, which solves another pain point of the industry.
